We love the offline world, but currently we are only online. It’s actually easier to connect with you this way, and you can spend hours drooling over the products and take your time making up your mind. Our design studio, however is based out of Bangalore.
How do I place an order?
Browse, get lost in the designs, choose, unchoose, choose again, add to basket and check out. P.S - We have a secure online payment system.
Can you create a custom design?
We love custom designs. But sadly, at the moment, we are unable to offer custom design services. Most of the designs in our online store are available with at least two font options and can be printed in one of several colours, allowing you to personalise our designs to suit your style.
Hello, may I speak to someone on the phone?
We're faster answering queries online (since most of us have our apps on the palms of our hands). Yes, this means we don't have customer care personnel who irritate you. Drop us a line or fill out the contact form, we promise to get back to you within 24 hours (weekdays only).
If I can't see things in a physical store, how will I know what your products look like when I get them?
We understand how important a role design plays when it comes to buying your stationery, so we are quite obsessive about giving you the best quality online previews of our products. Take a careful look at them and do remember that different screens may show you PDC products in different resolutions. A printed card can vary (very slightly) in colour and appearance and may not look exactly the same as that on the display.
Do you carry designs from other companies?
We only offer products created in our studio by our team of designers. We do not re-sell other companies' products.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept payments via Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Net-Banking. Payments are made through our secure online payment gateway at the time of purchase.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are safely shipped via PDC's courier partners.
How long does it take to get an order?
Well, that depends on your location. Shipments can take anywhere between 7-10 business days to get to you.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
The prices on our website are exclusive of service tax.
How much does it cost to ship an order?
Shipping costs are determined by the courier company and are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re currently only in India. But we do plan to get PDC global. So keep a pen ready.
Where do I find product information?
All the details about a product, including dimensions, paper weight and other specs can be found under the 'Product Info' tab on the product page.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Not at all - Just visit our site, browse for your favorite products and place your order. However, signing up for an account will allow you to experience the store better, like saving your design for later, keeping track of your order history and order status, as well as managing your billing and shipping information.
Can I see a preview of my layout when I'm placing my order?
Yes. And we’d like for you to preview it (numerous times). You can see this during the ordering process (which shows your writing on the design before you place your order). The automated systems do not correct the spacing based on your particular wording, tweak the fonts or make the kinds of adjustments a real person would make to create the perfect layout.
Can I save an item for later?
Of course. We know good things take time. In fact, we’d like for you to do this. You can save your work in Your Account and comeback to it later. You can also revisit it to make edits and tweaks to your customisation.
Can I add extra lines?
We’ve worked very closely with our designers to identify the optimum number of lines that can be used on a product before it starts looking cluttered and losing its aesthetic sensibilities. These line limits are assigned based on the size of the card and the maximum amount of text which can comfortably fit on that particular size. For example, if you're interested in a product/card which allows up to 16 lines, we cannot use 17 or 18 lines, simply because more than 16 lines cannot fit comfortably on the card. And it’ll look awful.
Can I make/ cancel my order/ make more changes after I have approved my order/ get a refund?
If your order is a personalised one, then it is non-refundable (after confirmation).
Please take extra care with personalised orders. Any mistakes from your end, like words spelt wrong and event details, should be doubly checked. Even if there are errors after your final proof, please note that we will still charge you.
All our products are customised products and once it has been printed the order cannot be cancelled and no refunds can be made.
We will be unable to make refunds for the cards that have reached recipients.

While PDC makes every effort to make sure the cards reach on time using premium courier/postal services, remote locations within India might see unforeseen delays and if the card does not reach within 15 business days from the date of dispatch.

Once production begins on your order, changes cannot be made. Paper Design Company is not responsible for any errors that were not detected by the customer during the preview of order/ proofing process. We cannot stress enough how important it is to review your proofs carefully.
